An M8 threaded rod runs from the tower foundation to the nacelle. The blades are also fastened in the hub with a threaded rod each (included in the scope of delivery). The tower foundation has 4 additional holes to secure the wind turbine to the base plate.
The wind turbine is stable as is, but we recommend securing it to a large base plate if you place it outdoors, as the blades will turn in light winds.
The wind turbine is 3D printed from ABS plastic, making it very robust.
The surface is very smooth and already printed in color.
